Overview

The team, comprising of newly hired staff, was recently formed to implement a lead poisoning prevention grant. To date, the team has learned about lead poisoning related to blood lead testing and about lead contamination in buildings, drinking water, and soil. The team planned the project for 3 years and currently is in its beginning stage of implementation in year 1.

The work plan is an action plan comprising of timelines, measurable goals, program activities, and ongoing evaluations designed to create constant thinking and rethinking about expected targets. It's a working document that is always progressing through the timeline.
