Continually Improve the Work

In the Collaboration Handbook - Creating, Sustaining, and Enjoying the Journey, Stage 3: Continually Improve the Work, is directly related to implementation. Continuous improvement is a key element of learning from and growing our programs and efforts for the long term. The NLAPH competency around continuous quality improvement (CQI) is about this effort. As we evaluate our efforts, we need to ask: Is the effort effective? Is the effort adequate? Is the effort efficient? What lessons have we learned? As authors Ray and Winer say, "Honest answers to these questions create opportunities for further change, refinements, and improved results."
