Active brainstorming – create vision for change, try out different scenarios, develop team learning goals, decide what and how to measure change
Engage stakeholders/form a powerful coalition – conduct stakeholder analysis, conduct network mapping, build sponsorship
Plan for change - create workplan with roles, responsibilities and milestones
Utilize Integrative/systems thinking – define strategy and pathway to change
Communicate change plan and vision
Establish reflective practice/Learning Curve reflection
