Site Visits

The site visit is an important opportunity for coaches and teams to connect in person in a team’s home environment. During the visit, coaches will ideally be able to observe your team in action, discuss leadership learning progress, identify opportunities for future coaching interventions, and recommend potential resources to further grow team skills.

Coaches will reach out to the team coordinator and will work together with them to plan the timing of the visit, as well as to align the visit agenda with team priorities and other relevant coalition, team, and/or community events.

If your team is unable to plan a site visit due to COVID concerns or other extenuating circumstance, please coordinate with your coach to arrange for a Deep Dive virtual coaching session.
