Overview
The team aims to improve access to comprehensive mental health services in two previously identified areas by diving deeper into the identified need.
They will conduct a comprehensive landscape analysis to identify areas of opportunity and culturally responsive organizations currently doing this work and what supports they may need.
The team engages with community members and strengthens their individual capacity to get involved and feel empowered to participate in processes like this one.
Their goal is to create a report with community-driven recommendations highlighting opportunities the community would like to see for government, service providers, and nonprofits to address their community's needs.

Overview
The team will conduct a comprehensive needs assessment based on the Colorado Community Food Assessment model, analyze the data, and distribute the results to appropriate audiences to identify best solutions to problems of food insecurity and lack of access to nutritious food. The data will focus on food insecurity as it relates to built environment, food distribution, socio-economic constraints, transportation and knowledge/education. Targeted interventions will be designed based on identified barriers.
