Overview

Through community-based partnership, we aim to decrease health disparities that catapulted during the pandemic. Asthma and overall health literacy plays a key role surrounding our community inequity, therefore by targeting these areas we can improve overall social determinants of health. It is our hope to develop a community based collaborative model from which other communities in Rhode Island can learn from and maintain our momentum as we enhance our partnerships.
