Healthy Homes Coalition of West Anniston
Overview
The purpose of our workplan is to develop a coalition of stakeholders to address childhood lead poisoning and prevention and other healthy home issues through a community-driven approach. Through this approach, we plan to:
Use trained Community Health Workers to create education and awareness within the community.
Build the capacity of the community to respond to the issue through a coordination with multiple stakeholders and strategic partners.
