This baseline data summary is the aggregate of information collected by our evaluation partners at the Kaiser Center for Community Health and Evaluation (CCHE). The purpose of this baseline survey was to gain an understanding of the skills, challenges, and priorities your team brought with you into the CALAPH program. By sharing this baseline data, we hope teams will be able to use it as reference point to better understand the program curriculum as a whole and to measure their growth and progress during the program year.
