San Diego Refugee Communities Coalition

Overview

Our project aims to enhance community representation of refugee and immigrant communities and drive policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) changes across various social determinants of health. This includes addressing key areas such as employment, housing stability and quality, health literacy and healthcare access, and education for refugee and immigrant communities. The SDRCC policy council aims to address health literacy and healthcare access by engaging stakeholders and community members, while also advocating for policy, systems, and environment change.
